“Leaving so soon? Oh let me guess,” He didn’t really have to guess or anything but he wanted to anyway, “You didn’t find the Faker did you?” He was referring to her Servant as he was just sitting there, lazing around with his food and wine. Just like how a true King should be, or at least, how his lifestyle went in both the Holy Grail War and in the Babylonian times. “Waiting for him?”

I’m leaving because we really have nothing to discuss with one another. Is what she thought but didn’t say because he mentioned Archer. Archer…it had been some time since she saw him. Well him considering she saw Shirou most of the time but they were different. In any case Gilgamesh was partly correct. She had only recently decided to join this new grail war and yes the first servant she thought of was Archer. But he probably wasn’t coming this time. “No I am not,” Rin said plain and simple.

“Well I have mana, but I use it in a different process then any magus does. Saber points out it’d probably because I’m not from this world. Saber says though I have mana to supply to her. Saber tells me about all the servants and masters she knows.” Yuri used the thing they called mana which sounded more like aer to power her blastia and to use her artes. Yuri wondered if it was weird she was a swordsman and was master to a servant. At least she always had her sword on her in the guitar case she wore on her back.

“Hm…interesting. If you have time I’d like to hear more about that. On friendly terms of course.” Considering she didn’t have a servant yet she wasn’t part of the war so for now they weren’t enemies. But when she does obtain one and still hasn’t inquired she’d like it to be able to have conversation with Yuri on non-hostile terms. “I see, well she is a great servant. You should be proud of having been able to summon her. Take care of her.” She said because though they’ll most likely be enemies it doesn’t change the fact that Rin felt indebted to Saber for all she had done during the previous war.

He just ignored that comment and continued to eat the sandwich that he pulled out of his gates. He stared down at her with calm red eyes, not showing much interest really. “I seen a million Sabers and a million you, hell, I even found myself.” So seeing Rin wasn’t something uncommon. He doesn’t keep count but he sure doesn’t act any different than he would. There was no special treatment for anybody. 

“Is that so…” A million? Sabers she could understand since he was most likely talking about the class, but of her? Now that she was confused about. She wouldn’t ask him though because she probably wouldn’t get an answer. Or at least an answer that made any sense to her. For a moment Rin wondered if he was also participating in this war again but seeing his attitude…probably not. Oh whatever…she didn’t want to deal with him and it was apparent he didn’t really care to deal with her. “Since we have no business with one another I’ll be leaving.”

“She’s actually a bit unusual, she didn’t know anything of the grail and neither of us know how she summed me.” Saber also would keep the part of how Yuri used something called artes which were almost like noble phantasms. Saber also realized Rin may be an old acquaintance, but they were rivals for the grave. It might be best to let Rin figure out what kind of person Yuri was if they met.

“Unusual? You always seem to get that type as a master don’t you Saber?” She said lightly. They may possibly be enemies now but after everything they had gone through she saw Saber to something akin to a friend. “And not knowing anything about the grail? She sounds like Shirou in that aspect.” But as she should have known, Saber didn’t reveal anything like the techniques her master used. Oh well, she would find out eventually.

“I’m Yuri Lowell, so you’re Rin? Saber told me about you. I don’t really care if other masters spot me, besides I’ve already fought a servant or two without Saber. Magical energy? Oh you must mean that prana stuff. Hate to break it to you, but I’m just your average swordsman.” Yuri didn’t even know how she had summoned Saber, but she had discovered through the use of her blastia she could supply Saber with prana. Yuri hadn’t told Sasaki she was a master when they had fought though.

“I see. So you’re the one who summoned Saber this time.” This is Saber’s new master…When she heard how Yuri didn’t have prana she inwardly smiled. It reminded her of how Shirou didn’t have enough to supply Saber properly as well. I guess Saber just keeps getting summoned by these types of people. Well it didn’t matter, Rin would find/summon a servant and win this war and that would be that. “Saber told you about me? I suppose I should feel honored to be mentioned.”

“Who are you?” Yuri had her hand on her hip the one with the command seals. To anyone who didn’t know about the grail war it’d look like she had tatoos on her arm. Yuri didn’t care to try and cover her command seals up.

“Isn’t it polite to introduce yourself first before asking others their name? In any case, my name is Rin Tohsaka.” She glanced over the woman when her eyes spotted the command seals. “I see that you are a master that will be participating in this new grail war. When it officially starts the better choice would be to hide that though unless you want other masters to spot you right away. But then again, they’d probably tell by the magical energy leaking out.” Rin stared though wondering if this person even had magical energy to give.

“What, you make it sound like you seen a ghost or something?” Gilgamesh snarled lightly as he crossed his arms and furrowed his brows at the girl in front of him. Tapping his foot, he was clearly showing his impatience. “Rin, snap out of it before I snap you.”

“Well, I guess it really is you. So you’re around here again as well. I should have expected this seeing as how Lancer and Saber were here.” Rin wasn’t scared of his little threat, just irritated with how informal he was being with her. But as it was now she didn’t have the power to defeat him so she would keep herself calm.

“As far as I know most of the servants have masters. So you may have to summon one, but this war is odd. I myself when I was summoned I had to find my master. I was not summoned straight to her.” Saber remembered when she had found Yuri it had been an odd meeting between servant and master.

“I see…well so far nothing about this war is making sense but I suppose I’ll look into that a little more when I have the time.” Last she remembered, Lancer didn’t have a master but that’s probably changed by now. Well she’d figure something out. “So you have a new master now Saber. Would it be alright if I asked what she’s like?” If she was going to participate she might as well gain information about other masters but truthfully she was just curious who could have summoned a Saber class servant.

“Oh, it’s Tokiomi’s daughter.” Again, how many Rin’s was he going to see? She was really much better when she was little. Shrugging, the golden man just simply sipped his wine. Debating on what else to say. “Still short.” 

“Gilgamesh…” Sure she had seen Lancer and Saber but him…she had not been expecting him at all. But, something seemed different about him and wait…did he just greet her by saying her father’s name first? Was nothing going to make sense today? …did he just say she was short? If she wasn’t so shocked about him being there she would have yelled at him or insulted him!

“So you haven’t summoned a servant yet…. This war has unusual masters and servants. I have met multiple Saber class servants. Wait is Shiro participating in the new grail war as well?” Saber wondered now that she had a different master wondered if Shiro would fight her. He would be a difficult opponent to fight considering the capabilities of his magic.

…I forgot for a moment that he could join this as well. I know I can’t not let him join but still…Rin was sure that Shirou was unaware of the new grail war as well. Would he join it once more? The answer was probably. “Shirou doesn’t know about the new grail war or else he would have told me when I last saw him. As for my servant…I suppose I’ll have to either summon or find one right away considering you said there were plenty just roaming around.”
